I am not just a personal trainer.
I am also a qualified sports massage therapist. Fifteen years of treatment work gives me a real understanding of how the body works, functions and moves, and I bring all of it to your training.

Worked alongside leading UK anatomists, chiropractors, physiotherapists and doctors, and trains as a mixed martial artist alongside professional athletes.
Everyone needs something different. No two people are the same, and neither should their training be.
Over the years I have worked with amateur and professional fighters, runners, footballers, office workers and more. That range taught me the most important thing in this work: the plan has to fit the person, not the other way around.
So I take a holistic approach, drawing on personal training, sports massage and nutrition for an all-round healthier life. I have always played sport, was strong at athletics and played semi-professional football for Newbury Town, and I now train as a mixed martial artist alongside professional athletes. I can draw on my own successes and failures to coach you into the mindset you need.
